Jason Fried of 37signals wrote a post recently about Get Satisfaction in which he brought up many reasonable and valid points, but in the end, the message was lost in the mob's decision that Get Satisfaction team was comprised of terribly evil people. community

It was a little over a year ago that I set out to try and turn a few mockups into a full-fledged revenue-generating piece of software. For the most part, it's been a pretty smooth ride, but there have definitely been some lessons learned. (none)
